VividLyrics Karaoke Plugin is an enhancement that enables the media player to display Karaoke lyrics in sync with the music.

VividLyrics Editor is an additional tool for making lyrics. It is an intuitional, efficient lyrics maker. With VividLyrics Editor you can easily make high quality karaoke files.
1. Additional Information: It includes the title, artist, album of the song, the offset of timestamp and the editor who makes the lyrics file. Timestamp offset is measured in 10-millisecond, for example, -20 equals -200 millisecond. The karaoke plugins will add this value to all the timestamps before displaying lyrics, it has no effect on the lyrics editor.
2. Lyrics and Syncpoint: It is necessary to set syncpoints while some words sung faster and some words sung slower in a lyrics line. A syncpoint can be set at any place except start and end of line. Syncpoints divide a line into several parts. A part of lyrics is called a lyrics piece. A line having no syncpoint also is a lyrics piece. The lyrics pieces are always shown in colors alternating between blue and yellow. The first is blue, the second is yellow, the third is blue, the fourth is yellow... and so on. See the screenshot above, a syncpoint set at "g" of "green" of the first lyrics line divides the line into two parts, "I see trees of " is a lyrics piece, "green," is a lyrics piece. The second line "red roses too" is a lyrics piece too.
3. Timestamp: The timestamp defines a lyrics piece's start and finish times, measured in 10-millisecond. The first timestamp corresponds to the first lyrics piece, the second timestamp corresponds to the second lyrics piece... and so on. A timestamp and its corresponding lyrics piece have same color. See the screenshot above, the parts of the waveform shown in blue or yellow indicate there marked the timestamps.
4. Current Playback Position: The red triangle and y-axis indicate the current palyback position. You can drag the triangle to adjust the position when playback paused or stopped.
5. Lyrics Preview: The program will update the preview immediately when a lyrics piece or a timestamp has been changed.
6. Playback Progress Indicator: It shows the progress of the playback. To jump to a specific location in a song, press the left mouse button on the indicator and drag the mouse left or right.
